Contracts for Private rooms
To
guarantee a private room for you and your guests to enjoy at the White House
Inn a contract will be sent to you to secure a hold on your room and a food
and beverage minimum will be require to be met. Tax 6.25% & gratuity 20% do
not go towards meeting the minimums for the rooms.
The contract is to be filled out and sent back to guarantee your
room. To make certain you and
your guests have the most efficient and pleasant experience we require you
to finalize your number of guests 48 hours in advance for your private
dining room. Should you need to
cancel, a 72 hour notice prior to your event is required for there to be no
charge(30% of F&B minimum) to your credit card provided for the hold on the
room.
Lunch hours:
Tuesday thru Saturday: 11am-3pm
Sundays 12pm- 3pm
Rooms are reserved for your group
for 2 ½ hours
Dinner hours:
Tuesday thru Thursday 4pm-9pm
Friday & Saturday 4pm- 10pm
Sundays 12pm- 8pm
Rooms are reserved for your group
for 3 hours
You can extend the time limit for your room by adding to the cost of your
event. Please ask about added
costs for time extensions.
We do not allow DJ and
dancing inside the restaurant unless you rent the whole restaurant for your
event. We also ask that you do
not use confetti to decorate the room or floor.
Payment
Payment
in full is expected at the conclusion of the event. Visa, Discover,
American Express, Diner’s Club and Master Card are accepted.
Company checks will be accepted with prior notification and proof of
license and/or business card.

at least two weeks prior to your reservation.
Cash is always accepted! Please keep in mind that separate checks
will take extra time to prepare– please be patient, it helps to have correct

Juliana can schedule a tour of the restaurant and grounds (Tuesday
thru Saturday 11am-6pm), as well as discuss the particular needs of your
event.
Menu
To
ensure you will be served in a timely manner we have the following packages
available for a plated sit down meal, buffet or appetizer style for large
groups of 20 guests or more. Menus must be finalized a week in advance to
your event. A personalized menu
will be presented in front of each guest with a heading, date and your
guest’s menu options when choosing to do a sit down meal style. Pre orders &
buffets will be charged by the confirmed number of guests, plus the cost of
any additional guests.
