Contracts for Private rooms and Weddings

Private Rooms

To guarantee a private room for you and your guests to enjoy at the White House Inn a contract will be sent to you to secure a hold on your room.  The contract is to be filled out and sent back to guarantee your room.  To make certain you and your guest have the most efficient and pleasant experience we require you to finalize your number of guests 48 hours in advance for your private dining room. Should you need to cancel, a 72 hour notice prior to your event is required for there to be no charge(30% of F&B minimum) to your credit card provided for the hold on the room.

Weddings

To guarantee your wedding date here at the White House Inn a contract is to be filled out and a $1200 deposit (event fee) will be required.  This deposit includes: setup, break down, space rental (Gazebo & Deck) and 30X50 tent.  The menu and proposal is to be finalized one month prior to your date.  We require you to finalize your number of guests 48 hours in advance for your event.  Should you need to cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable.  A one month notice is required for there to be no charge (30% of the proposal that is put together for your wedding) to your credit card provided for the hold on the area as well.

 

Indoor weddings are also available.  We have 8 separate dining rooms that can be used for small intimate wedding ceremonies and/or receptions.  You can also rent the whole restaurant out for your wedding date, please ask for details and costs.

 

Payment

 

Payment in full is expected at the conclusion of the event. Visa, Discover,

American Express, Diner’s Club and Master Card are accepted.  Company checks will be accepted with prior notification and proof of license and/or business card.  Direct Billing is possible only by contacting Juliana Lowry @ 513-860-1110 at least two weeks prior to your reservation.  Cash is always accepted! Please keep in mind that separate checks will take extra time to prepare– please be patient, it helps to have correct change.  Please note that Ohio’s Sales tax is (6.25%) and a 20% gratuity will be added to your bill.

Menu

 

To ensure you will be served in a timelier manner we have the following packages to choose from for large groups of 20 guests or more.  Your personalized menu will be presented in front of each guest with a heading, date and your guest’s menu options.  We also offer buffet style as well.
