Weddings

To guarantee your wedding date here at the White House Inn a contract is to be filled out and a $1200 deposit (event fee) will be required.  This deposit includes: setup, break down, space rental and 30*50 tent.  The menu and proposal is to be finalized one month prior to your date.  We require you to finalize your number of guests 48 hours in advance for your event.  Should you need to cancel, the deposit is nonrefundable.  A one month notice is required for there to be no charge (30% of the proposal that is put together for your wedding) to your credit card provided for the hold on the area as well.
